Deadline for Grant Applications is March 25th, 2011

Grant Authors are required to present their request to the Board on April 27th @ 3:30 p.m. in the Library.

The CMHS Foundation Board of Directors will award the Grants May 23rd, 2011.

Follow-up report for funded requests is required by March 30th, 2012.

Please include backup support for your request using District Approved Vendors.
